This Website User Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies only to the data collected on the Website and not to other data collected, processed, transferred or stored by KERN as part of any service we provide to you.

KERN collects information from Website visitors and also obtains information from third parties (including from service providers) in the course of your interaction with our Website and our online services (our “Services”), which we may add to the data we obtain through the Website. • Information You Provide to Us. We collect information you provide to us, for example, when you enter information into any form fields on our Website, communications you have with us (including your communications with our Website’s chatbot), sign up to receive our emails, make a donation, or enter a promotion sponsored by us. Your information, including Personal Information, may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of KERN’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by KERN about our Website users is among the assets transferred.

5. OUR POLICY CONCERNING CHILDREN

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website or on or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 7. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

KERN does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

You can ask to review, update, or make changes to the personal information KERN maintains about you by sending a written request to the portal address or email address in the contact us section.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.
